I was determined to get our holiday cards sent out this year before 2016! Every. Single. Year. I get them out just days before Christmas and it ends up causing me more stress than necessary. Well, not this year! We created a winter wonderland photoshoot.
Last week we took our photos for our cards. We shot at the cutest family-owned Christmas Tree Farm in Huron, MI. It’s one of the few farms around here where you get to to cut down your tree. Our photographer set up the shoot, and we were so lucky to have our first snowfall the night before. The sunlight was beautiful, shining on white-capped trees for the shoot.
It was so fun seeing Roman laugh and play in the snow. I’m really looking forward to playing outside with him this winter season!
Here are some of our pictures. I must say I am really pleased with how well they turned out. I was a bit skeptical about shooting outside in the cold snow with a squirmy toddler but they came out great! As soon as we finish the card, I’ll post a copy of it here of course!
