Now that I’m 6 months pregnant I am really feeling the extra weight in my abdomen area, and staying motivated to go to the gym is getting harder! One of my favorite pieces of equipment to use for working out lately is the stability ball. It’s lightweight and can be used in so many different ways while at home or at the gym. A stability ball prenatal workout is so incredibly good for your core and balance. Here are 6 ways to work out with the ball no matter where you’re at.
