Join us at The Shinola Hotel for an evening focused on community, inspiration, and nourishment. Bridjet Morris will be welcoming influential panelists Lauren Walsh and LaToyia Rucker to help lead us in an unfiltered conversation around worthiness and stepping into our highest self.

Bridjet Morris

Bridjet Morris is a local influencer whose goal is to create a community, both online and in-person, that supports and embraces an open dialogue about our roles as women, wives, and mothers. To bring people together in person, Bridjet is hosting a series of events focused on self-love, manifestation and empowerment of women.

Through her online presence, Bridjet reaches over 10,000 women each month between the ages of 25 and 44 from Birmingham, West Bloomfield, and the surrounding Metro Detroit areas. Each of her last four events have sold out within a week and bring a loyal following. They have raised over $50,000 for local charities, including Care House of Oakland County.

Lauren Walsh

Lauren Walsh is the Executive Vice President of Branding and Marketing at Solid Foundation Management, the management services arm of Quality Control Music. Lauren has over 15 years of experience in the world of brand strategy and sports marketing. Over the years, Lauren has worked with an array of NFL, NBA, and MLB players, ranging from first round draft picks to Hall of Famers, Super Bowl Champs, and All-Stars.

Before joining Quality Control, Lauren built and ran her own boutique branding and marketing agency, where she developed and monetized personal brands for athletes, including Myles Garrett, Kirk Cousins, Terrell Owens, Jerami Grant, Sam Dekker, Matt Carpenter, Tim Anderson and Nick Ahmed. There, she worked with brands like Beats by Dre, Under Armour, Saks Fifth Avenue, Shopify, Pepsi, Popeyes, Essentia, Waiakea, DoorDash, YouTube, Amazon, and Express.

Lauren has been featured for her work with athletes in Associated Press, MSN, CNBC, HLN, Fox Sports, Huffington Post, Front OfficeSports, and Chicago Tribune.

LaToyia Rucker

LaToyia R. Rucker is an Experienced Entrepreneur, Educator, Master Gardener and Native Detroiter. LaToyia has been featured on Detroit’s local WJR, and NPR’s Stateside along with her business partner, sharing industry knowledge and being a female in Cannabis . One of the first females to co-own a Medical Marihuana Licensing Clinic, and featured speaker at Michigan’s First Cannabis Expo.

In 2014 she was selected by Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business and currently is very active as an alumni. She was also selected by Bloomberg LP 10,000 Small Businesses Coaching Session in 2017. LaToyia is also the founder and owner of Kid Fit Childcare Centers with two metro Detroit Locations. LaToyia holds a B.S. in Biology from the Tuskegee University, a Master Degree in Education from Wayne State University, and a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Capella University.
